01

SECURITY: Are your Activities and Tours safe?

All our SUP Yoga Classes and SUP Tours begin with a safety briefing in which we explain and demonstrate the rules and procedures of the activity and use of equipment. Our boards are designed with a focus on safety and combined with the wearing of a supplied life vest - if requested, ensure a very safe learning environment.

02

EXPERIENCE: Do I need to have experience in Stand Up Paddle or Yoga to attend in any of your activities?

No experience is necessary to attend any of our SUP Yoga Class or SUP Tour. The experience of our trainers and the stability of our boards offer a great confidence while performing any activity.

03

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:  Can I get seasick on your SUP tours?

SUP Tours are always conducted in calm waters, which allows for very smooth cruising. With the distractions of stunning scenery and the natural beauty of flora and fauna, it should be unlikely to feel any discomfort.

04

APPAREL: What should I wear for the SUP Tours or SUP Yoga Class at the pool?

Dress to get wet! Regardless of whether you fall in or not, you're going to get a little wet in this practice. Cotton clothing gets heavy when wet, so avoid it and opt for dry-fit apparel instead, such as yoga form fit clothing.  Bikinis are not recommended as you may experience some discomfort and modesty issues in some specific yoga poses.  Enjoyment being paramount - board shorts and a t-shirt have proven to be the most comfortable.  Sunscreen and a hat are highly recommended in all activities.

05

PRICING: I am on a budget!

The pricing of the activities can vary depending on the duration, number of participants, type of activity, routes chosen and extras, such as meals and transportation. Prices presented in our online shop are our standard rates and can be adjusted according to specific situations. Please don't hesitate to contact us about special requests or conditions, and we will be happy to provide you with a tailor-made offer.
